Mirko Teglasi beat a strong field to take out the A Grade trophy at the Natives Rifle Club Prize Shoot at Belmont.

The two day competition was held in the run-up to the National Queens.

Mirko continued the form that saw him breakthrough for his first Queens Prize in Tasmania earlier this year to finish the Natives competition a shot clear of Brisbane club mate Mijo Brdjanovic.

He was presented with framed memorabilia of his Tasmanian win at a club barbeque on the opening day of the National Queens.

Mungindi shooter Heather Jamieson won the Natives B Grade title and club member Geoff Leung took out C Grade.

Ipswich shooters Brent Noble and Josh Reid won the F Standard A and B competitions respectively with Brisbane member Lindsay Crombie winning F Open and Cannon Hill’s Mark Fairbairn the F Class Target Rifle.
