Club Assistance Guidelines-2006
1.
Capital works, such as butts and mound repairs, road
works, mowers, toilet and shower upgrades. $5000 or one third of the cost,
whichever is the lesser.
2.
Marketing and membership expenses. $1000 or 50%,
whichever is the lesser.
3.
Simulators for new members and on going
training:- Two types of technology are
available, one with a price of $300 and the other around $1000.Three clubs have
already expressed interest.
4.
A club may submit an application in one area only in
each round each year.. In subsequent years, clubs that have not being funded
previously, may get preference , depending on the quality of their application
and availibility of funds.
5.
The project MUST be approved in advance, there will
be no retrospectivity
6.
Applications will be considered every six months, in
May and November each year.
7.
Once funding has being approved, the Club has 12
months to complete the project.
8.
Invoices must be provided to obtain payment.
9.
Evidence of the Clubs ability to fund their share of
the project cost is to be provided.
10. The Councillor responsible for your club should be involved in
and support the application.
