The inaugural QRA City vs Country Teams Matches were shot today over 300, 600, 900 yards with 79 shooters,
coaches and captains on the Duncan Range.
The sky was overcast and the wind gusty as the lead chopped back and forth between City teams and Country teams.
The Country team members were distinctive in their red Toyota caps, unveiled at the Country team bbq on Saturday night.
Chief Range Officer Glenn Ellis finished the 900 at the perfect time, just before the rain, which drenched Belmont in the afternoon.
Team members enjoyed the QRA sponsored barbecue lunch watching the storm before the final 1000 yard range was cancelled.
